Working for global events organiser Production Factory, we delivered content for OpenAI’s Accelerator, following the programme across six European countries and more than 1,000 participants. From workshops to the wider campaign story, Feral captured each event consistently for use across the clients network of brands, partners and press outlets.
About
The SME AI Accelerator brought OpenAI workshops to businesses across Europe, creating a production challenge that extended well beyond documenting a single event. Production Factory needed a content partner able to work across multiple countries, maintain a consistent visual approach and deliver material quickly, while building an archive that could tell the story of the programme as a whole.
Working within Production Factory’s wider event operation, we developed a repeatable production approach covering both stills and video. Each event required us to capture the character of the location, speakers, workshops and participants, while ensuring the resulting content felt connected across the entire series. That meant balancing planned coverage with the ability to respond to the conversations, demonstrations and interactions happening naturally throughout each day.
Crucially, the same framework could travel between locations without making every event look or feel the same.
Our crews travelled with the programme across six countries, providing content at each location. The workflow was designed around both immediate content needs and longer-term editorial value. Photography and video selections were uploaded for review after each event, creating an organised approval process and a consistent archive as the programme progressed.
Alongside broad event coverage, we captured interviews, workshop activity, speaker moments, audience interaction and the details that gave each location its own identity. This provided Production Factory and OpenAI with a varied bank of assets rather than a simple record of attendance.
